Our highly skilled chef creates signature dishes that blend a fusion of French / Moroccan flavours.

breakfast... is a relaxed affair with a mixture of freshly baked pastries, French baguettes, Moroccan pancakes and fresh fruit.

lunches... are light and fresh with goodies including chargrilled chicken, fresh salads and steak-frites on offer.

afternoon tea... guests can savour our complimentary afternoon tea; a delicious home baked cake served with fresh Moroccan mint tea on the cool shaded patio.

dinner... a sumptuous five course meal can be enjoyed in the restaurant, rooftop terrace under the stars or private dining room with roses, candles and complete privacy. Dishes include seared tuna marinated in lemon grass with chilli and olive oil, confit de canard with thyme marmalade, mojito sorbet, and clementine crème caramel.

drinks... range from freshly pressed juices and smoothies, through to freshly ground coffee (espresso, cappucino, latte, etc), then onto cocktails at sundown. A great wine list, and not forgetting the big stuff – Cristal champagne, Chateau Lafite, Cohiba cigars, XO Cognac and 30yr old single malts.
